退貨及退款安排：

如客人決定退回試睡產品，Comma Sleep將會以訂單上折後金額減去不退回的產品當時零售價，餘款退回給客人。
例如： 客人購買 152x200 薄墊一張 (零售價 $2390）和乳膠枕一個 (原價$600， 8折優惠，折後零售價為 $480）合共$2870。
此單消費滿$2500元，可享全單8折優惠：(薄墊 $2390 x 8折) ＋ (乳膠枕 $600 x 8折 x 8折)
此單折實後，應付金額為$2296。
客人申請薄墊退貨，退貨後金額不足港幣 $2500，餘下的貨品 Comma Sleep 將會以訂單實付金額，減去不退回的產品零售價，餘款退回給客人。
即：實付金額$2296- 乳膠枕 $480 ＝ $1816
Comma Sleep 會退回 $1816 給客人。

- Each order purchase $2500 or above, will get a 20% off discount of entire order, including sale item.
- Custom size order does not enjoy this promotion.
- Shipping costs will not be counted as part of purchase amount
- The costs incurred during delivery, such as stairs fees or mattress disposal fees, will not be eligible for discount.

Return & refund arrangement:
Topper/ Mattress/ Topper + Mattress that purchased during the promotion period can still enjoy the trial sleep service. 30 night for Topper; and 100 night for Mattress/ Topper + Mattress. For details, please visit Sleep Trial & Return Policy
When customer return Sleep Trial product, Comma Sleep will use the discounted amount of the order deduct the retail price (retail price as the invoice date) of the non-returned product, and the balance amount will be refunded to the customer.
Example: Customer bought a 152x 200 Topper (RP HKD$2390) and a Latex Pillow (SRP $600/ RP$480), total amount of this order is $2870.
This order amount exceeds $2500, customer can enjoy a 20% off of the order: (Topper $2390 x 20% off) + (Latex Pillow $600 x 20% off x 20% off)
After discounted, the order amount is $2296.
If customer wanted to return the Topper, the order amount will be less than HK$2500. In this case, for the remaining item, Comma Sleep will refund the customer based on the order payment amount minus the non-returned product (base on its retail price).
That is: Paid amount $2296- Latex Pillow $480 = $1816
Comma Sleep will refund $1816 to the customer.
