PILLOWS AND ACCESSORIES RETURN & EXCHANGE



THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY VAILD FOR PILLOW/ ACCESSORIES PURCHASED THROUGH COMMA SLEEP ONLINE ONLY



If you are not fully happy with the products you have received, you can return or exchange them to us within 7 days of receipt. The returned or exchanged products must be in a fully re-saleable condition, that is in original unopened condition, complete with original packaging, instructions and all parts included. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any returned package sent back to us. Otherwise, refunds or exchanges will not be granted.



Returns and Exchanges Policy

Upon presentation of a receipt to show proof of purchase in Comma Sleep, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. Terms & conditions are the followings:

  • Products have not been used, washed and are in new, clean and original conditions with all tags and packing (if applicable) intact. All products must be in original unopened and the packaging in good condition.
  • For hygiene purposes, towels and giveaway products sold could not be returned nor exchanged. Except goods with quality issue, all products could only be exchanged or returned once, and exchanged items could not be returned.
  • Products are allowed exchange only once, and the exchange can be for an item of the same value or higher (customer must pay for the price difference and the transportation cost incurred).
  • We are unable to guarantee that exchange product is available at the time your request for an exchange is received. In case the returned products or the ordered product is out of stock, we will contact customer for replacement with the same price by mutual consent. If not, we will refund the full payment according to the purchase method when order.
  • We only accept the exchanged / returned products purchased from Comma Sleep website.
  • If return or exchange the product due to defects* or incorrect sending, we will bear the shipping costs of it, otherwise, customer will be responsible for the costs incurred during delivering the returned goods to warehouse and reshipping.
  • Any report / application later than 7 day will not be accepted.

*Please understand that returns caused by the following reasons cannot be handled as a manufacturing defects.

  • Photos are for reference only. Product colour may vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Pattern placement on the final product may slightly vary due to random cut of the fabric. The actual product shall govern.


The Procedure of Returns & Exchanges

Please send the application of return/ exchange via email support@commasleep.com within 7 days you receive the order.
  1. The email should include the following informations to us for followup: a) invoice number, b) product name, c) related photo and d) reason for return / exchange.
  2. After discussed and with consent, you will receive an email confirmation. The customer must return the goods together with the confirmation email to us for inspection within 7 days from the date the confirmation email is sent.
  3. Upon received the returned product, we will arrange inspection.
    • Exchange: If confirmed there is manufacturing defects, we will replace a new, same product to you.
    • Return: Once inspected and confirmed the product is unopened and unused, we will arrange refund.
If the product sent by courier, please email tracking information to support@commasleep.com on the same day for follow-up.


Shipping Fee of Returns and Exchanges

  1. If return or exchange the goods due to defects or incorrect sending, we will bear the shipping costs of it, otherwise, customer will be responsible for the costs incurred during delivering the returned goods to warehouse and reshipping.
  2. Please pay sufficient shipping cost. If the shipping cost is insufficient, our warehouse has the right to refuse to accept the goods return, You will have to bear the additional costs incurred.
  3. Please make sure all returned items are well packed to avoid damage during transport.
  4. Please send an email to support@commasleep.com and tell us the tracking number so that we can follow up.
  5. Before we receive the goods, the goods belong to the customer. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods during the transportation process.


Refund The Purchase

Generally, we will complete the refund process within 30 days from when we receive the item you returned. A full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
