TOPPER / MATTRESS / TOPPER + MATTRESS

We delivery our mattress through a trusted logistic, free delivery service covered Hong Kong SAR & Macau SAR with exceptions, the extra cost will be incurred as follows:

  • Tung Chung: Free Shipping (Wed, Sat only)
  • Ma Wan: $50 each (Wed, Sat only)
  • Discovery Bay: $190 each (Wed, Sat only)
  • Outlying Island and building without lift or for product that can only access through staircases, please contact our customer service team via support@commasleep.com or contact us at (852) 8170 3347.
  • Macau:$300 extra charge will be incur if purchased Topper only.

DELIVERY

You may receive your order at the address you choose (home, work, etc. - never at a post office box).

"A delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your parcel. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver an Item due to incorrect address information."


ORDER FOR DELIVERY IN HONG KONG SAR ONLY

  • Free shipping at or over HK$800.
  • HK$100 of delivery fee will be charged if order below HK$800.
  • Delivery time will be within 3-5 business days*.

 

If your address belongs to extended Area (less populated or accessible domestic areas), we will contact you for other delivery method, and the delivery time might be longer. Delivery may also be delayed if a typhoon signal no. 8 is raised or a black storm warning is in effect.


IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED WHEN YOU WERE EXPECTING IT THEN PLEASE CHECK THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Check if you have received a dispatch confirmation email from us.
  2. Check the tracking link via your dispatch confirmation email to view the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your parcel.
  3. Check for text messages, emails and attempted delivery cards from one of our couriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local delivery depot or you may need to re-arrange delivery.  You shall have to bear the cost of shipment and handling charges.
  4. Check no one else residing at your address has taken receipt of your parcel.

If you still can't locate your parcel then please contact our Customer Services team with your order number to hand. We will endeavour to find your parcel straight away.
