3 YEARS HONEST WARRANTY - TOPPER

The Warranty Coverage as follows:

  • Visible indentations greater than one (1) inch (25mm) resulting from flaws in manufacturing and not from normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear requires that the topper be continuously supported by a proper bed frame to support the collective weight of the topper and its user(s).
  • We stand behind our Comma Sleep Topper and offer 3 years Honest Warranty (the “Topper Warranty) to prove it.
  • The warranty service covers Hong Kong SAR only; any warranty claim is only applicable the original delivery by the original purchaser.
  • Your new Comma Sleep Topper (hereinafter the “Topper ” or “Products”) is covered by a 3 years honest Warranty (the “Warranty”) from the date of delivery to your home.
  • The warranty is not transferable and covers you only if you (a) are the original purchaser and current owner of the Comma Sleep Mattress (the “Product”) for which you are seeking recourse under the Mattress Warranty and purchased it directly from an authorised Comma Sleep distribution channel - namely, the website at Comma Sleep.
  • The Topper Warranty thus only applies during the period in which the Topper is owned and controlled by original purchaser of the Topper.

The Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Any minor manufacturing flaws to the product or packaging including, but not limited to, cosmetic flaws such as uneven stitching, dented/dirty carton boxes, etc.
  • Individual comfort preferences relating to firmness, design, materials and feel.
  • Individual or personalized allergies and sensitivities; and naturally occurring cotton or foam aromas.
  • The Topper conform to the requirements of US National Standard, the measurements variance +/- 1.27 cm is under acceptable range.
  • Damage incurred by transportation after initial delivery provided by Comma Sleep.
  • Bouncing or jumping up and down on the Topper
  • Misused including use without bed linen; physical abuse or damage to the structure and/ or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains resulting from use of the products.
  • Any defects that occurs due to careless or improper storage, such as keeping the product under conditions of humidity, high temperature or close to a heater.– Individual or personalized preferences relating to firmness, texture, comfort, etc.
  • minor imperfections and slight cosmetic flaws such as normal wear and tear; tears, stains, soiling, burns, and discoloration that occur over time.
  • Fair wear and tear, such as pilling, material oxidation, colour change or normal increase in softness of the Topper .
  • Damage associated with an improper bedstead. (Where a bedstead with a slat system being use, ensure that the slats are not more than 50mm apart.)
  • We will not charge purchaser to repair or parts replacement if it is deemed defective during this 10 years Honest Warranty period, but any transportation costs associated with repair or parts replacement are purchaser’s responsibility. No new warranty is provided with a replacement product meaning that the warranty for the replacement product runs from the original delivery date.
  • Inappropriate use due to abusive handling, misuse, or neglect. Accordingly, the following circumstances, if discovered upon inspection, will void your Warranty: any unsanitary condition; burns; use of the Product on an improper bed frame; physically abusing the Product; attempting to clean the Product in an inappropriate manner; and improper storage of the Product (including storage in damp locations, areas infected with insects or rodents, or any other unprotected storage areas); and purchase from resellers who are not authorized retailers.
  • The warranty service does not cover outside of Hong Kong SAR only; any warranty claim is only applicable the original delivery by the original purchaser.
  • Please retain your purchase receipt so that you can present it to us if necessary.If the purchase receipt is altered, duplicated or reproduced, WE reserves the right to discontinue the warranty service.
  • Any manufacturing defect in the zipper assembly of the Topper cover. Comma Sleep may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the cover provided on the Topper . If the product or parts that you purchased is discontinued at the time of repair or replacement, a current model of comparable quality and value will be selected. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, WE reserves the right to substitute materials of comparable quality.
  • We will not charge purchaser to repair or parts replacement if it is deemed defective during this 3 years Honest Warranty period, but any transportation costs associated with repair or parts replacement are purchaser’s responsibility. No new warranty is provided with a replacement product meaning that the warranty for the replacement product runs from the original delivery date.
  • Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
  • Comma Sleep will, at its sole discretion, determine whether a repair or replacement of a defective Topper is appropriate. Claims covered under this honest Warranty may be made by reaching us at support@commasleep.com or (852) 8170 3347.


10 YEARS HONEST WARRANTY - MATTRESS 

The Warranty Coverage as follows:

  • Your new Comma Sleep Mattress (hereinafter the “Mattress” or “Products”) is covered by a 10 years honest Warranty (the “Warranty”) from the date of delivery to your home.
  • The warranty is not transferable and covers you only if you (a) are the original purchaser and current owner of the Comma Sleep Mattress (the “Product”)for which you are seeking recourse under the Mattress Warranty and purchased it directly from an authorised Comma Sleep distribution channel - namely, the website at Comma Sleep only.
  • The Mattresses Warranty thus only applies during the period in which the mattresses is owned and controlled by original purchaser of the mattress.

The Warranty does not cover the following:
